3.1.7 Line

A line can be created by using the line tool in the toolbar.

1. Move mouse towards toolbar and click on tool titled “Shapes”
2. Next, click on the drop-down menu item titled “Line”.

Note: By default a diagonal line will be created. To create a vertical or horizontal line do the following.

Horizontal line

1. Move mouse towards toolbar and hold down the shift key while clicking on tool titled “Drawing tools”.
2. A new line object will be visible in the view.

Vertical line

1. Move mouse towards toolbar and hold down the options key while clicking on tool titled “Drawing tools”.
2. A new line object will be visible in the view.
