How to: Open a PDF document

Dru has the ability to open PDF documents and place them in to a new Dru document.


  1. Navigate to the “File” menu and click on it.
  2. Click on the menu item titled ” Open”
  3. From the open file dialog window select a PDF file to open.
  4. Choose to open a single or multiply pages and click the “Import” button.

Updating Dru Documentation

Several parts of Dru’s documentation are being removed from the site due to the recently added features in Dru 1.0.5. The documentation will be re-released, with updated information, by October 31. Until then, if you are in need of assistance, please contact support.
