6.1.2 PDF Export

PDF documents can be Exported.

Export Settings: Bookmarks, Form fields, Advanced Options.

Instructions

1. Navigate to File menu and click on the menu item “Export” (Command-E).
2. Select PDF from from the file type listing
3. Press the “Export”

Purpose: Allowing content to be used in other applications.

All page objects can be save to this file format

Limitations: Not all objects can be edited in a consistent manner in applications that can edit PDF files.
