4.5 Moving Objects

Page objects in a view can easy be moved around using the Pointer tool, Position and Size tool and Nudge tool

Instructions.

Using the Pointer tool

1. Choose a Page object.
2. Next click on the object and drag the selected object to different location on the page.

Using the Position and Size tool

1. Choose a Page object.
2. Next click on the object to then release to highlight the object.
3. Move mouse to the Position and Size tool in the Options panel.

Modify the X or Y position to move the selected object.

Using the Nudge tool

1. Choose a Page object.
2. Next click on the object to then release to highlight the object.
3. Nudge the selected object by pressing the left arrow or up arrow or right arrow or down arrow to move the object in a given direction.
